Da covid-19 lukkede verden ned blev hendes kærlighed til natur og blomster forstærket. At tegne blomster mindede hende om verdens normale tilstand og hjalp hende med at holde sig jordbundet. Hendes brug af farven blå i disse værker symboliserer frihed og udtryk.
