FindersKeepers is looking for an ambitious and passionate zealot who will be responsible for FindersKeepers Design Markets in Copenhagen and Aarhus. 

It is time to pass the torch on, and we are therefore looking for a new sharp colleague who wants to become part of our team and help drive and further develop the markets in the future. We are looking for a passionate person who can bring new energy, thoughts and ideas and will love all the responsibility that comes with it.

Are you passionate about design and creative entrepreneurship? Are you keen on business development and management? Do you want to help run and further develop a rapidly developing company? And do you want to have a big responsibility, as a figurehead for FindersKeeper's markets and events? Then you might be the one!


FindersKeeper's Design Market has been paused due to Corona, but now we are finally back. And in the job as new market manager, you will help define FindersKeepers 2.0. You will be part of the management team in the day-to-day operations, and you will be responsible for our design markets and events with everything that entails. You will be responsible for operation and execution of the markets from AZ and be the one with the big overview. You will be at the forefront of the strategic further development, and it is therefore important that you share our ambitious approach and will help ensure that our markets continue to grow.

Your primary duties will be:

  • Event planning, concept & idea development
  • Operation and execution of markets
  • Research of new designers and collaboration partners
  • Sales and booking of stands
  • Identification and analysis of business opportunities
  • Develop strategy and identify strategic collaboration opportunities
  • Responsibility for communication, PR & SoMe
  • Responsibility for budget and finances
  • Management responsibility for employees and production team


You have a keen eye for what is happening in the design industry and a good aesthetic sense. You are passionate about upcoming design and love the idea of ​​creating a platform where budding design talents can get a springboard to meet customers and other entrepreneurs in the industry. You want to make our markets and events an even greater success and are motivated by development and results. You are structured, self-driven and action-oriented. You have experience as a project manager, event coordinator or similar and think it's cool to collaborate in a small team and thrive in a changeable entrepreneurial environment.


FindersKeepers is a platform for upcoming design, where we promote products from the most talented, inspiring and creative designers and artists. We exist for both designers and design enthusiasts and hold markets in the country's two largest cities: Copenhagen and Aarhus. In addition to the physical markets, FinderKeepers also consists of a webshop, a stand-alone poster brand: If Walls Could Talk as well as design and production of its own interior products.

We are based in Frederiksberg and are a young and ambitious team who are all passionate about FindersKeepers. Our working environment is informal and fun, and we all contribute to making it nice to be here .
