If you buy items from different designers at FindersKeepers Shop, we would like to inform you that in some cases the order in question will be sent in several packages. This is because some items are shipped directly from the individual designer and not from FindersKeepers Shops warehouse.
For some designers, selling their wares on the FindersKeepers Shop can not be done unless they can ship the wares themselves. At FindersKeepers Shop, we want to be able to offer a wide selection of exciting and beautiful design products. Therefore, both we and the designers are very grateful that you are patient with receiving multiple packages.
We currently ship goods to most of the EU as well as Norway.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. When you order an item from FindersKeepers Shop ApS, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped from our warehouse or from the designer whose product you have ordered.
All amounts are in Danish kroner (DKK) and are incl. VAT.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that it is not possible to read your information and account information during your transaction.
PRICE GUARANTEE //
To use our price guarantee, the goods being compared must be exactly the same - ie have the same EAN number (bar code). If you find e.g. a T-shirt at a reduced price in size XL, we cannot always offer you the same reduced price for one in size S.
In addition, these individual requirements must be met:
- You must have documentation for the price to be matched. This can be in the form of a link to the website.
- The item must be in stock in the store or online store we match.
- The price guarantee only covers goods that are subject to Danish rules for VAT, customs, guarantee and consumer protection.
- The price guarantee applies to goods that are actually available and thus not for queue offers, bundle offers, promotions, discount codes and / or for offers with limited numbers and / or time.
- The price guarantee does not apply to offers that require membership such as purchasing associations or any form of payment to access the offer.
- You can basically only buy one product at the matched price. (Unless we agree otherwise)
FindersKeepers Shop ApS delivers on all days of the week except Sunday. From the time the item is shipped, it typically takes 1 day until it is delivered or ready for collection in a parcel shop.
For items with status 'In stock', the delivery time is 1-3 working days.
If the item is sent directly from the designer, the delivery time on the product page is the applicable one.

Business delivery (GLS with distribution): 49 DKK // 20 DKK over 399 DKK
Private delivery (GLS with distribution): 59 DKK // 25 DKK over 399 DKK
Delivery takes place in collaboration with GLS. In some cases, we use DAO home delivery when we send mailing samples and other small items that can fit in a mailbox, and we use Postnord if we have to mail abroad.
If your order consists of several major items, we will contact you to find a delivery date that suits you. As a starting point, the delivery is only for curbs, but if you want help with carrying your order, you can purchase assistance for DKK 500-1,000. When carrying larger items and two-person tasks, the price is DKK 1,000.
When you shop at FindersKeepers Shop ApS you have 30 day return policy. If you wish you return a purchase from FindersKeepers Shop ApS, write an email to us at email@example.com.
Please note that paint cannot be returned.
The return of your purchase depends on whether your order has been handled in our warehouse or by one of our designers. Once you have submitted your return request, we will send you a return slip with the address to which you must send your order. We strive to respond within 24 hours.
When returning an item purchased from FindersKeepers Shop ApS to either our warehouse or to a designer, you must ensure that the item is:
1) securely wrapped in original packaging and
2) wrapped in a protective wrapping.
Do NOT affix an address label directly to the item or the original packaging.
You have a duty to return the item in the same condition and quantity as it was received. This also applies to the packaging and any informationa messages that may be attached to/accompanying the item. You bear the costs associated with returning the item.

We recommend that you send the item as insured parcel post, as you are responsible for the package / items until we receive it.
Unfortunately, we do not accept packages sent by post, cash on delivery or with DAO, as we may risk the package arriving outside our office hours and therefore leave the packages without someone to receive them. We also do not pick up packages in parcel shops.
You are also very welcome to return items purchased on our webshop to our office in Frederiksberg.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT //
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Contact us before returning, as returned items do not always have to be sent directly to us. We do not accept packages sent on COD.
If a refund agreement has been entered into, please send your bank details to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can transfer the agreed amount to you.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL //
There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased from FindersKeepers Shop ApS.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
Return costs are paid by the buyer.
Cancellation of purchase must be reported to FindersKeepers Shop ApS no later than 14 after the purchase of the item. The shipment of the item must be returned to either our warehouse or to the designer no later than 30 days after the date of purchase.
The request for cancellation of purchase must be given by email at email@example.com. In the notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The condition of the item when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and / or the way in which the item works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried differently than what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the product, but not bring it into actual use.
