Are you our new production manager?

FindersKeepers is looking for a production manager who will help develop and expand our new product line Found as well as our product portfolio. We experience great interest and demand from B2B customers from home and abroad for the products we design and sell in our webshop. Therefore, we are now looking for someone who will help create new products and expand our portfolio.

Do you have experience in production? And want to be involved from the very beginning when we have to develop and produce our products? Are you passionate, responsible and structured? Then you might be our new production manager.

YOUR WORK TASKS

Your primary task is to help us turn our ideas on the brainstorming board into reality. You will have overall responsibility for production from AZ, including logistics, sourcing and communication with our suppliers. You will be responsible for quality assurance and control of goods before shipment as well as ongoing price negotiations and management.

We have so far developed a few products, so we already have a handful of good business partners and manufacturers that you will take over the contact with. It is therefore not essential that you have a large network of producers, but it would of course be preferable. The most important thing is that you will be at the forefront of building a close and strong relationship with new and existing business partners.

It is a newly created position, and you will therefore play a large part in developing and making your mark on our product portfolio together with our founder Herle Jarlgaard Hansen. It is a job with great development potential, as you will help build up our new product line Found, and thus help develop its direction. We attach great importance to product quality and sustainability, and see these as elements that are crucial to our success.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have experience with production and logistics from similar positions. You have a great knowledge and understanding of the industry as well as an interest in always keeping yourself completely up-to-date. You understand the value chain and the processes involved in creating a quality-assured design product. You love the idea of being involved from the very beginning to create a responsible production and are motivated by seeing something blossom and grow. We emphasize that you have strong organizational skills, are a good negotiator and have a problem-solving mindset.

You thrive in a busy, creative environment with high ceilings and lots of responsibility. You are detail-oriented, flexible and willing to be part of a small team where we are good at working together and helping each other. As a person, you work independently and have great courage. You are outgoing, self-starter, strong-willed and energetic. You have the courage that there will be travel days in connection with supplier visits. And then you are good at English and Danish - both in writing and orally.

WHO ARE WE?

In its infancy, FindersKeepers consisted solely of our popular design markets, where we disseminate products from the most talented, inspiring and creative designers and artists. But today the time is different. FindersKeepers is a multi-pronged business. In addition to the physical markets, FinderKeepers today consists of a webshop, a stand-alone poster brand: If Walls Could Talk as well as the design and production of its own interior products.

We are based in Frederiksberg and are a young and ambitious team who are passionate about FindersKeepers and to give our customers the very best experience when they shop with us. Our working environment is informal and fun, and we all contribute to making it nice to be here.
