Atelier CPH is a creative studio in Copenhagen, founded by Dutch art director Mandy Rep and Danish Sara Ingemann, who works as a trend forecaster.
They both find great inspiration in architectural drawings, which has served as the inspiration for their new collection 'Deconstructed.' Their inspiration comes from a research trip to Berlin where they visited the Bauhaus Archive, which sparked the urge to to experiment with design. Another important element that has majorly impacted their collection is the art movement 'De Stijl', which is centered around abstraction and universality via a reduction to the essence of shapes and colors. With all this in mind, Mandy Rep and Sara Ingemann have created a collection of cubist and geometric shapes placed in layers where both vertical and horizontal lines meet.
