The Bloom series is inspired by the view of a nearby backyard, capturing the beginning of spring and the slow but steady blooming of nature. The works capture the feeling of excitement for the colors of spring. What does your favorite spring garden look like?

Simone Köcher is a German artist who creates analog collages. She works with a playful expression, in which abstract and graphic elements face each other colorfully and harmoniously. Simone is a trained decorator and has a Bachelor's degree in visual communication. In 2018, she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, focusing on lithography and Linoprint. As an artist, her inspiration comes from organic structures as well as contrasts shaped by nature. Using collages as her medium of expression, she translates observations and emotions into an individual abstract language.
