Lola Mayeras

Sometimes the apple doesn't fall far from the tree - Lola Mayeras grew up with a ceramicist father, and although their aesthetics differ greatly, she learned to love good craftsmanship from him. Lola Mayeras was previously a stylist and chief designer for a fashion brand in Paris, but COVID-19 forced her to return to her roots in the south of France, where she now works and tries to follow in her father's footsteps.

Lola uses the same design process for ceramics as she uses in her work with clothing collections. She combines shapes and iconic objects with vibrant colours, humor and playful design. Much of the work is inspired by pop art, the southern sun and 60s design.
