Order details //
If you purchase products from different designers on FindersKeepers Shop, note that the order in some instances may be shipped in several packages. This is due to the fact that some products are shipped directly from the designers and not from the FindersKeepers Shop storage.
For some designers, it is not possible to sell their products on FindersKeepers Shop unless they ship the products themselves. At FindersKeepers Shop, we want to offer a wide range of interesting and beautiful design products. Therefore, both we and the designers are very grateful that you make an extra trip in order to retrieve your order.
Currently, we ship to the majority of EU and Norway.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS receives payments from Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay And PayPal. When you have placed an order on FindersKeepers Shop, we send you an e-mail with the order confirmation. The payment will not be taken from your account until the order is sent from our storage or from the designer whose product you have ordered.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures a private and integral data transmission during your transaction.
Price guarantee //
In order to make use of our price guarantee, the items to be compared need to be completely alike. This means that they need to have the same EAN-number (barcode). For instance, if you find a t-shirt at reduced price in size XL, we cannot offer you the same reduced price for the t-shirt in a size S.
Additionally, the following requirements must be met:
- You need to be able to document the price that you want us to match. This can for instance be a link to the website.
- The product to be matched need to be in stock at the store or online shop.
- The price guarantee only includes products that fall under the Danish regulations for VAT, customs, warranty and consumer protection.
- The price guarantee applies to products that are available and does thus not apply to queue offers, bundle offers, campaigns, promotional codes and/or limited number and/or time offers.
- The price guarantee does not apply to offers that require paying in order to gain access to the product or a membership for instance to unions that offer discounts.
- By default, you can only buy one product for the matched price (unless otherwise agreed).
Delivery and shipping //
FindersKeepers Shop ApS strives to deliver on every day of the week.
The delivery times are stated on the product pages.
Delivery prices can be seen at check-out.
We deliver in collaboration with Postnord, GLS, Danske Fragtmænd, DHL, Bring and DAO.
If your order consists of multiple larger items, we will contact you in order to find a delivery date that fits you. By default, we provide curb side delivery, but you can purchase more help for 500–1000 DKK if you need to have the order brought all the way inside. With larger items and when two persons are required for the job, the price is 1000 DKK.
When you shop at FindersKeepers Shop ApS, you have 30 days to return you order. If you regret purchasing your order and wish to return it, write us an e-mail on shop.finderskeepers.dk.
This is because the return of your purchase depends on whether your order came from our storage or from one of our designers. When you have requested the return, we send you a return label with the address to which you need to send your order. We strive to respond within 24 hours.
When returning an item purchased on FindersKeepers Shop to either our storage or the designer, you should make sure that the item is:
1) carefully put in the original packaging and
2) wrapped in a protective wrapping
An address label must NOT be put directly on the item or original packaging.
It is your duty that you return the item in the same condition and amount as it was received. This also applies to the specific packaging and information tags that may be on the item. You pay for the costs connected to the return yourself.
We recommend that you insure your package, as you are responsible for the package/item until we receive it.
Unfortunately, we do not receive C.O.D.-packages or deliveries by DAO, as we may risk the package arriving outside of our office hours leading to the packages being delivered without a receipt. Additionally, we do not pick up packages at parcelshops.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return items purchased on our online shop at our office at Østerbro, Copenhagen.
Notice of lack of conformity //
Within 2 years of the purchase, the buyer has the right to make a notice of lack of conformity according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right applies to errors regarding materials and/or manufacturing.
The right does not apply to flaws or damages made by handling the items/service wrong.
FindersKeepers Shop ApS covers costs connected to the return within a reasonable amount.
Please contact us before returning an order, as returned items not always are to be returned directly to us. We do not receive C.O.D.-packages.
If an agreement of a refund has been made, please send us your bank information to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can transfer the amount agreed upon to you.
Right to cancel //
You have 14 days to cancel your order from FindersKeepers Shop ApS starting from the day you receive your order.
Costs connected to the return is payed by the customer.
Cancelling an order needs to be reported to FindersKeepers Shop ApS at the latest 14 days after making the purchase. The order has to be returned to either our storage or the designer at the latest 14 days after the day of the purchase.
The request for cancelling an order must be made by e-mail to email@example.com. In the e-mail, you must clearly state that you wish to make use of your right to cancel.
The condition of the item when you return it:
You are only liable for potential damages to the item that is due to other types of handling the item than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, characteristics of the item and/or the way the item works. In other words – you can try on the item in the same way as you would do in a physical store.
If the item has been handled in other ways than described above, we consider the item to be used, which means that, if you regret the purchase, you can only regain part of or nothing of the amount you payed for the item, depending on the commercial value of the item.
In order to regain the entire amount you payed for the item, you must handle the item as you would in a physical store. You can test the item but not put it into actual use.
