"Poppy Kalas and the magical flowers" is a deeply personal story about letting your inner child free and finding peace in the flowers that have always been here. Thilde Maria Kristensen's work is a visual and hyper-sensory story about being a human in close connection with nature. Throughout a year and changing seasons, we follow Thilde's experiments from wild wildflowers and small potpourri bags to sumptuous flower compositions and fragrances. She shares her experiences of expressing herself through the language of flowers and finding pauses, meaning and beauty in nature. The book is a work of art in itself and has been created in close collaboration with the graphic artists from LA Graphic Design and the photographer Sarah Buthmann, with whom Thilde has also created the acclaimed photo exhibition "Save my sister".
